Tour de France 2023: Results
fotobureau Cor VosJonas Vingegaard won the 110th edition of the Tour de France ahead of Tadej Pogacar and Adam Yates. Jasper Philipsen was the most successful stage hunter with four stage wins, while Tadej Pogacar turned out on top on two mountainous days. The race started on Saturday 1 July 2023 in Bilbao, Spain, and finished in Paris on the 23rd.

Meeus wins Champs-Élysées sprint, Vingegaard seals GC win
As always, the sprinters have the final say on the Champs-Élysées in Paris. Jordi Meeus powers to a close victory ahead of Jasper Philipsen, while Jonas Vingegaard seals the overall triumph on GC. Tadej Pogacar and Adam Yates round out the final podium.
Pogacar wins five-up sprint, Vingegaard seals GC triumph
Felix Gall, Jonas Vingegaard and Tadej Pogacar crest the last climb of the Vosges stage, Col du Platzerwasel, in first position. The Yates brothers bridge across on the plateau before Pogacar takes the win in the ensuing sprint. Vingegaard finishes in third to seal the overall victory.
Mohoric wins photofinish sprint, Vingegaard still in yellow
Ben O'Connor, Kasper Asgreen and Matej Mohoric attack from the breakaway on the last climb of the day. The chase does not really take off and the trio sprints for the win. Mohoric takes the spoils ahead of Asgreen. The peloton comes home more than 13 minutes later and Jonas Vingegaard stays in yellow.
Asgreen wins from breakaway, Vingegaard still leader
Sprinters were expected to shine in Bourg-en-Bresse, but no. The breakaway succeeds and Kasper Asgreen outsprints Pascal Eenkhoorn and Jonas Abrahamsen in Bourg-en-Bresse. The GC remains unchanged, so Jonas Vingegaard keeps the yellow jersey.
Gall wins Queen Stage, Vingegaard cements GC lead
Felix Gall attacks from the breakaway on the brutal Col de la Loze, while Tadej Pogacar loses contact in the GC group. The Austrian solos to victory and Jonas Vingegaard extends his lead on GC with a few minutes.
