Roglic is not adding another Vuelta win to his tally, as he is not in Spain. Former Giro winner Jai Hindley lines up alongside João Almeida, Jonas Vingegaard, Matteo Jorgenson, Mikel Landa, Giulio Ciccone, Juan Ayuso, Egan Bernal, Mads Pedersen, and Jasper Philipsen.
