Tour de France Femmes 2026

Demi Vollering won stage 5 of the Tour de France Femmes, while Marlen Reusser retained the yellow jersey ahead of the stage winner and Kasia Niewiadoma moved up to third place overall. The next stage is a hilly race through the Ardèche, before Friday's queen stage finishes atop Mont Ventoux. Saturday will likely suit the sprinters, while the Tour concludes on Sunday with a hilly circuit around Nice.

Pauline Ferrand-Prévot dominated the previous edition, with former winners Demi Vollering (2023) and Kasia Niewiadoma (2024) joining her on the podium. Annemiek van Vleuten claimed victory in the inaugural edition in 2022.

Wednesday 5 August – At 140 kilometres, the 5th stage of the Tour de France Femmes takes the riders from Mâcon to Belleville-en-Beaujolais. It is a hilly race featuring eight climbs and 2,800 metres of elevation gain.

Thursday 6 August – The 6h stage of the Tour de France Femmes crosses the Ardèche. It is a 153.4-kilometre hilly race with more than 2,500 metres of elevation gain. Of the final 50 kilometres, the vast majority is downhill.

Voulte-sur-Rhône - Mont Ventoux

Friday 7 August – At 146.8 kilometres, the 7th stage of the Tour de France Femmes takes the riders from La Voulte-sur-Rhône to Mont Ventoux. Packing in 3,400 metres of elevation gain, the stage culminates on the Beast of the Provence. The iconic 15.7-kilometre climb averages 8.8%.
