O Gran Camiño 2026
The 5th edition of the O Gran Camiño starts today and finishes on Saturday. The race, which takes place in the north-west of Spain, opens with an individual time trial, while the decisive stage comes on day four. The riders tackle then almost 3,000 metres of climbing in 145.7 kilometres. In its early years, O Gran Camiño was held in February, often plagued by bad weather.

Alejandro Valverde won the inaugural edition of O Gran Camiño, while Jonas Vingegaard claimed victory in 2023 and 2024. Derek Gee turned out on top in last year's GC.
