Vuelta 2027: Route and stages

The Gran Salida of the 82nd edition of the Vuelta a España will take place at the end of August 2027 at a location yet to be determined. A few years ago, Denmark - home country of world class riders such as Jonas Vingegaard and Mads Pedersen - expressed interest in hosting the start of the Tour of Spain. If that happens, it would be the fourth consecutive foreign start for the Vuelta, following Portugal (2024), Italy (2025), and Monaco (2026).

The full route of the 2027 Vuelta a España is set to be revealed in December 2026.
