World Cycling Championships 2025 Rwanda
Tadej Pogacar and Magdeleine Vallieres won the rainbow jersey at the road race events of the 2025 World Championships in Kigali, Rwanda. Remco Evenepoel and Marlen Reusser stormed to ITT gold and Australia won the mixed relay. The World Cycling Championships of 2025 started on Sunday 21 September ad finished on the 28th.

Pogacar retains his crown with dominant display
Tadej Pogacar accelerates on Mont Kigali with over 100 kilometres to go. Moments later, on the Wall of Kigali, only Isaac del Toro can follow. The Slovenian then drops the Mexican with 67 kilometres remaining and solos to his second consecutive world title. Remco Evenepoel takes silver, Ben Healy claims bronze.
