Tadej Pogacar won the 79th edition of the Tour de Romandie. The Slovenian underlined his dominance with four stage wins, while Florian Lipowitz and Lenny Martinez joined him on the final podium. The race started on Tuesday 28 April 2026 and finished on Sunday 3 May.

Pogacar pockets GC with fourth stage win
Florian Lipowitz attacks in the final 3 kilometres of the last stage, and Tadej Pogacar goes with him. The two put each other under pressure, but without getting away. The world champion then sprints to his fourth victory of the week, securing the overall win in the process. Lipowitz is comfortably the best of the rest and finishes the Tour de Romandie in second place.
