Tour de Romandie 2026: Live report stage 2

Today’s stage is a hilly race, with the final test coming in the form of a 3.1-kilometre climb at 5.4%. The run-in to the line is 2.1 kilometres on the flat. Follow the action live on Cyclingstage.com.

It takes just over 10 kilometres before the breakaway gets clear. Then Jakob Söderqvist, Henri‑François Renard‑Haquin, Filippo Conca and Roland Thalmann build a lead of more than 2 minutes over the peloton.

Stage 2 of the Tour de Romandie is expected to finish around 17:15 CEST.
