Tadej Pogacar won the 89th edition of the Tour de Suisse, claiming three stage victories along the way. Richard Carapaz and Mathias Vacek joined him on the final podium. The 2026 Tour de Suisse started on Wednesday 17 June and finished on Sunday the 21st.

Pogacar caps overall success with third stage win
Tadej Pogacar stamps his authority on the Tour de Suisse with victory in the race's only mountain stage. He catches Lenny Martinez in the final kilometre and solos to his third stage win in five days. Richard Carapaz and Mathias Vacek round out the final podium.

Pogacar edges out Van der Poel in ITT by fraction of a second
Mathieu van der Poel spends a long time in the hot seat, but in the end Tadej Pogacar proves just that little bit quicker, albeit by the narrowest of margins: 0.3 seconds. The Slovenian thus extends his lead in the GC, with Richard Carapaz remaining second overall and Mathias Vacek moving up to third place.
