Almeida wins time trial, Yates seals GC
João Almeida wins the concluding mountain time trial in the Tour de Suisse with a 9 seconds lead over Adam Yates. Which is not enough to dislodge the Brit from the yellow jersey. Mattias Skjelmose finishes third, which is also his position in the GC.

The UAE Emirates show continues in the Queen Stage of the Tour de Suisse. Teammates Adam Yates and João Almeida cross the line together, with the Brit slightly ahead of the Portuguese rider. This strengthens his lead in the General Classification.
