UAE Tour 2025 Route stage 6: Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi Breakwater
The riders clip into their pedals at the spot where they completed the time trial on the second day of action, while the finish line is located just under 10 kilometres away as the crow flies.
The day is spent riding within the city’s perimeter. The riders pass the Yas Marina Circuit, where Lando Norris took the win in the latest Grand Prix, before continuing to the Saadiyat Island district. They then make their way back, passing through Al Maryah Island, Al Reem Island, and Yifenah Island before finishing at the Abu Dhabi Breakwater, which is a regular finish location for the UAE Tour.
Tim Merlier won the sprint at Abu Dhabi Breakwater on the last two occasions, while Mark Cavendish took the win there in 2022, and Caleb Ewan was the victor in 2021.
The first three riders across the line bag 10, 6, and 4 bonus seconds, while there are 3, 2, and 1 seconds available at the intermediate sprints.
