Race report
Shortly after the start, Michael Leonard and Đorđe Đurić join forces. The two quickly establish a lead of over 5 minutes, and then the peloton takes control.

Around halfway through the race, the two are already caught, as the peloton picks up the pace in the crosswinds.

The chaos continues, but each time the situation comes back together. In the last 20 kilometres, it's still all to play for. Lennert Van Eetvelt, Pello Bilbao, Iván Romeo, Finn Fisher-Black, and Oscar Onley find themselves in the wrong group, along with Fabio Jakobsen.

The second group regains contact in the final 3 kilometers, and a complete peloton rushes towards the finish line. Jonathan Milan attacks early, but he holds on, even though Tim Merlier and Jasper Philipsen make a strong push in the final metres.

Second win of the week for the Italian, while Tadej Pogacar retains the leader’s jersey.
