Race report
The breakaway riders are Asier Etxeberria, Unai Esparza, Guillermo Silva, Laurent Gervais, Nathan Smith en Ander Okamika. The six put 6 minutes into the peloton.

The lead group is caught inside the last 2 kilometres and moments later a crash in the peloton disrupts the sprint. Jonathan Milan doesn't bother and he powers to an impressive victory. His compatriot Alessandro Tonelli stays in the lead of the general classification.
