Koersverloop
Neilson Powless intitiates the breakaway. Eric Antonio Fagundez, Asier Etxeberria, Joaquim Silva, Pedro Pinto, Rafael Reis and Walter Calzoni track the American down and they race to a 4 minutes lead.

When the attackers are caught on the last climb, it is Jonas Vingegaard time. He sets off with 3 kilometres to go. Lenny Martinez desperately tries to join him, but i’s to no avail. Yet, he keeps the dane in sight and finishes 16 seconds behind him in second place. Which brings him the second place overall as well. Obviously, the omnipotent Vingegaard himself is the winner of of O Gran Camiño, while Egen Bernal rounds out the final podium.
