Race report
Early in the race, Warre Vangheluwe, Johan Jacobs, Gorka Sorarrain, and Germán Nicolás Tivani go on the attack. They open up a gap of over 8 minutes on the peloton.

The quartet gets caught on the last climb of the day, and then it’s all about the sprinters on the uphill finish in Faro. Milan Fretin powers to victory ahead of Jordi Meeus and Filippo Ganna.
