Eneco Tour 2014 Route stage 2: Waalwijk (NL) – Vlijmen (NL)
Tuesday, August 12, 2014 - The 2nd stage is 177.4 kilometres ride from Waalwijk to Vlijmen, both in the southern part of the Netherlands. It is a flat stage finishing in the residence of Lars Boom, 2012 Eneco Tour winner and more recent victor in the cobbled stage of the 2014 Tour de France.

Eneco Tour 2014 Route Stage 2: Waalwijk - Vlijmen
The ride kicks off at the town hall in the city of Waalwijk and after 22.9 kilometres riders pass the finish line in Vlijmen for th first time. After a number of local rounds - with an intermediate sprint in each loop - the riders head for a spin in the direction of 's Hertogenbosch. From there it's 22.8 kilometres back to the finish line in Vlijmen.
In 2013 the 4th stage also finished in Vlijmen. André Greipel outsprinted his opponents, whilst Lars Boom finished third and picked up bonus seconds to grab the leader's jersey.
