Juan Pedro López won the 47th edition of the Tour of the Alps. Ben O'Connor and Antonio Tiberi flanked the Spaniard on the final podium. Featuring a total elevation gain of 13,250 metres, the 2024 Tour of the Alps started on Monday 15 April to finish on Friday the 19th.

Paret Peintre wins final stage, López wins GC
The last stage of the Tour of the Alps comes down to a sprint of a reduced peloton. Aurélien Paret-Peintre takes the spoils ahead of Antonio Tiberi and his brother Valentin, while Juan Pedro López seals the overall victory.

Solo triumph Carr in Queen Stage, López still leader
Simon Carr initiates the breakaway on the first climb of the day. He drops his last companion Sergio Higuita on the Passo del Vetriolo to solo to victory. Juan Pedro López stays in the lead of the general classification.
