Giro 2025 Route stage 18: Morbegno - Cesano Maderno

Giro d'Italia 2025Thursday, 29 May – Stage 18 of the Giro features three climbs in the first half of the race, followed by flat terrain. The route covers a total of 144 kilometres.

Of the trio, the first climb is the toughest. It takes the riders to Parlasco in 7.6 kilometres, with an average gradient of 6.2%.

After a short descent, the route continues at an elevation of roughly 500 metres for `10 kilometres. The riders then tackle the Colle Balisio, 4.7 kilometres at 3.4%. Following the descent to Lecco, the Ravellino offers the final opportunity to gain mountain points, with its 8.7-kilometre climb averaging 4.4%.

From the summit, the road rises for another 3.1 kilometres at 4.1% before descending gently toward the completely flat run-in to the line of over 50 kilometres.
