Giro 2023 Favourites stage 2: For fast men#1

A number of minor hurdles - two of which are classified: 4th category - and that's it in the 2nd stage. The route runs almost entirely along the Adriatic coast, while the last 70 kilometres are as flat as a curling rink. So, sprint finish aficionados should be treated.
The route is similar to the 7th stage of 2021, when Ewan sprinted to triumph in Termoli. While that race featured a steep ramp inside the last 2 kilometres, the finale in San Salvo is completly flat.
