The only obstacle on the course from Lisbon to Oeiras appears at kilometre 4.2. The road for 300 metres at almost 5% near Cruz Quebrada beach, which is really nothing for a pro, so it wil not affect the race's outcome whatsoever.
The route is very straightforward. The riders race along the oceanside and barely have to touch their brakes, as there are no real corners.
