Race report
Eduardo Sepulveda, Ander Okamika and David Gonzalez attack from the gun to open up a 2 minutes lead. That’s all they get. The three are reeled in just after the intermediate sprint, with 20 kilometres remaining.
Pre-race favourite Bryan Coquard and Santiago Buitrago, 9th on GC, hits the deck inside the last 4 kilometres.
Marijn van den Berg misses a corner in the finale and moments later it is Sebastian Molano who opens the sprint very early. He opens a gap and Kaden Groves is the only rider to match him. The Australian comes across on the home straight to take the win.
Remco Evenepoel finishes in the bunch to extend his lead on GC.
