Tour de France Femmes 2025 Route + results stage 1: Vannes - Plumelec

Saturday, 26 July – The Tour de France Femmes opens with a hilly stage. It's a short race, just 79 kilometres, in which the riders tackle four climbs. The Côte de Cadoudal is included three times, as it's part of the finishing circuit. The finish is located at the Cadoual summit.

The Tour de Femmes sets off from the Breton town of Vannes, situated by the Gulf of Morbihan. The riders head north and tackle the Côte Botségalo after nearly 30 kilometres. The first KOM points are up for grabs at the 800-metre climb with a 5.3% gradient.

The riders are 47 kilometres en route, when entering the finishing circuit. The first pass over the Côte de Cadoudal - 1.7 kilometres at 6.2% – comes 4.2 kilometres into the loop.

The circuit is 13.9 kilometres long, and it's repeated twice in its entirety. After crossing the line, the loop starts with a descent, followed by a slight incline and another downhill section to the foot of the Côte de Cadoudal.

As the loop is repeated twice, the Côte de Cadoudal will be tackled three times. The steepest part, with a gradient of 9%, comes 500 metres before the finish line.
