Giro 2015: Stage 17 Favourites - A sprinter's Alpine dream

Being a sprinter, it’s not too often you receive such a windfall. Sandwiched between alpine giants and Alpine stages, stage 17 is a classic example of a sprinter’s dream. The hill in the finale could be a problem for the likes of Kittel, but he is not in the Giro and fast men like Moreno Hofland, Fabio Felline, Juan José Lobato won’t be bothered by it. Other likely contenders are Elia Viviani, Luka Mezgec, Giacomo Nizzolo, Sacha Modolo and Matteo Pelucchi.
