Eneco Tour 2015 Route stage 3: Beveren - Ardooie

Wednesday, August 12, 2015 – After two Dutch stages, stage 3 in the 2015 Eneco Tour is battled out on Belgian soil. The riders leave Beveren and head in 171.9 kilometres to Ardooie. Just like the first two stage, this one should be for the sprinters.

Beveren is well-known from the Tour of Belgium, stage 3 marks their debut at UCI WorldTour level.

The stage opens with a 17.1 kilometres round in and around Beveren and then the riders are off to Ardooie. The place hosted the Eneco Tour on different occassions. In 2013 Mark Renshaw jumped to victory on the final stretch, while Nacer Bouhanni took the sprint in 2014.

After two local laps of 15.4 kilometres, a bunch sprint is the most likely outcome in 2015 also.
