Giro Rosa 2019 Route stage 10: San Vito al Tagliamento - Udine

Giro Rosa 2019 stage 10 Sunday 14 July - The final stage of the Giro Rosa travels from San Vito al Tagliamento to Udine Castle. The finish lies atop a cobbled ramp, while the race amounts to 120 kilometres.

The Giro Rosa saves its most straightforward race for the last day. Which says it all regarding this year's route. The last stage is not a typical parade stage as it features an intermediate climb and a punchy finish in Udine.

Following the start in San Vito the riders cross the Tagliamento river to tackle a circuit on the central plain of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The route then continues to the only climb of the day, which runs to Moruzzo at shallow gradients. Only the last kilometre is steeper. The riders descent towards Udine to tackle the last uphill of this year's Giro Rosa. The cobbled climb to the Castello di Udine is short but steep.

The race is expected to finish around 15.10 local time.
