Giro 2024 Favourites stage 14: ITT for pure specialists

The elevation gain does not exceed 150 metres. The vertical gain does not come from a climb; it's hidden in false flats, making it a perfect course to power through on a big gear. In other words, it's ideal for absolute ITT specialists.
The first individual time trial of the Giro, on day seven, featured some tricky uphill sections at the end, but no such challenges this time.
On paper, Filippo Ganna is the man to beat, although Tobias Foss could surprise, just like he did in 2022 by storming to the ITT World Title in Australia. Back then, Ganna finished in seventh position. That course had twice as much vertical gain.
