Giro 2021 Favourites stage 13: Sprint in Verona

Tim Merlier outsprinted the field on stage 2. The Belgian was not in contention in stage 5 as his chain dropped in the last 100 metres before Ewan was in a class of his own in the sprint of stage 7.

Both Ewan and Merlier have left the Giro.
