Amstel Gold Race 2024

Tom Pidcock won the 58th edition of the Amstel Gold Race, while Marc Hirschi and Tiesj Benoot flanked him on the podium. Amounting to 253.6 kilometres and featuring 33 hills, the race was played out on Sunday 14 April.

Pidcock wins four-up sprint

Tiesj Benoot, Marc Hirschi, Mauri Vansevenant and Tom Pidcock are the survivors in the last lap of the Amstel Gold Race. Pidcock powers to victory in the sprint, besting Hirschi and Benoot on the line.

The Route

Sunday 14 April - The Amstel Gold Race amounts to 253.6 kilometres and takes in 33 hills. The lion's share of the route is on narrow country roads with lots of twisting and turning, so favourites face a constant battle to be up front in the peloton. Bemelerberg is the last climb with 7 kilometres remaining.
