Chris Froome won the 72nd Vuelta a España ahead of Vincenzo Nibali and Ilnur Zakarin. The Briton was in the lead since the third day of action, a mountain stage with finish in Andorra. Other crucial stages were: Cumbre del Sol, Calar Alto, Logroño (ITT), Los Machucos and Angliru.
