The 69th Vuelta a España starts Saturday August 23rd with a 12.6 kilometres TTT in Jerez de la Frontera. The first squad leaves at 19:04. Top favourite Orica-GreenEdge starts at 19:32 and their main rivals Omega Pharma-Quick Step at 20:20. The Spanish Movistar team closes the list and leaves at 20:28.
