Tour of Lombardy 2024

Tadej Pogacar won the 118th edition of the Tour of Lombardy, while Remco Evenepoel and Giulio Ciccone rounded out the podium. At 255 kilometres, the Race of the Falling Leaves featured roughly 4,800 metres of elevation gain. Travelling from Bergamo to Como, the race was played out on Saturday 12 October 2024.

Unstoppable Pogacar solos to fourth consecutive victory in Il Lombardia

Tadej Pogacar attacks 6.5 kilometres from the summit of the last big climb of Il Lombardia, the Colma di Sormano. He finishes off a 50 kilometres solo ride with his fourth consecutive victory in Il Lombardia. Remco Evenepoel comes home in second place, Giulio Ciccone in third.

The Route

Saturday 12 October - At 255 kilometres, the Tour of Lombardy runs from Bergamo to Como. The elevation gain adds up to roughly 4,800 metres, while the last hill is crested with 5.3 kilometres to go.
