The 102nd edition of the Giro d’Italia starts on 11 May in Bologna to finish on the 2nd of June in Verona. The start list will feature 22 teams with eight riders. Two-time winner Vincenzo Nibali tackles the Corsa Rosa, while Simon Yates said he would like to go back to the Giro because of ‘unfinished business’. Obviously he referred to the penultimate mountain stage to the Jafferau, when he crumbled after thirteen days in the pink jersey. (Slideshow route/profile)
