Marlen Reusser won edition 12 of Gent-Wevelgem for women with a long-range attack. Megan Lastrab outsprinted Maike van der Duijn for second place. The race took place on Sunday 26 March 2023.

Reusser solos to victory

Marlen Reusser strikes with more than 40 kilometres remaining and she wins Gent-Wevelgem with a commanding solo. Megan Lastrab outguns Maike van der Duijn in the ensuing peloton sprint.

Route

Sunday 26 March – The women's edition of Gent-Wevelgem is 162.5 kilometres long. The first 100 kilometres are flat before the riders tackle a series of seven hills within 30 kilometres. The last one is the steep and cobbled Kemmelberg and then it's back to the flat fields of Flanders.
