   Kaden Groves powers to his second consecutive victory in the streets of Burriana. He outsprints Filippo Ganna and Dries Van Gestel, while Remco Evenepoel cements his GC lead by winning the intermediate sprint.

2. Vuelta 2023 Route stage 5: Morella - Burriana

   Wednesday 30 August - The start of La Vuelta's 5th stage happens in Morella and the race comes 186.2 kilometres later to a halt in Burriana. The elevation gain is almost 2,400 metres.

3. Vuelta 2023 Favourites stage 5: Breakaway day

   No sprinters team is likely to be eager to control the breakaway in a stage with an elevation gain of approximately 2,400 metres. And GC riders will have the finish climb of the 6th stage on their minds. So, dear attackers, go for it!
