1. Vuelta 2023: Kron wins on Montjuïc, Piccolo new leader

   Andreas Kron strikes on the Montjuïc and he solos to victory. Kaden Groves wins the group sprint, while breakaway rider Andrea Piccolo moves into the overall race lead.

2. Vuelta 2023 Route stage 2: Mataró - Barcelona

   Sunday 27 August - The 2nd stage of La Vuelta sets off from Mataró and takes in two climbs in the first half of the race. The finale on the iconic Montjuïc in Barcelona should favour punchers, while the race totals 181.8 kilometres.

3. Vuelta 2023 Favourites stage 2: Punchers on Montjuïc

   The 2nd stage of La Vuelta includes over 2,500 metres of climbing. Two big climbs in the first half of the race hold most vertical gain, but the most important climbing metres are situated in the Montjuïc finale.

4. Vuelta 2023: Sobrero first KOM leader

   Matteo Sobrero moves into the polka dot jersey in the 2nd stage of La Vuelta. He gains 6 KOM points, as does Javier Romo.

5. Vuelta 2023: Kron takes green jersey

   Andreas Kron not only wins the 2nd stage, the Dane also takes the green jersey.
