1. Vuelta 2022: Vine wins at Pico Jano, Evenepoel takes race lead

   Jay Vine wins the first mountain stage of La Vuelta with an attack on the finish climb. Remco Evenepoel and Enric Mas finish in second and third and gain a lot of time. The Belgian youngster is the new GC leader.

2. Vuelta 2022 Route stage 6: Bilbao - Pico Jano

   Thursday 25 August - Stage 6 at La Vuelta is a test of 181.2 kilometres between Bilbao and the Pico Jano. The finish climb is 12.6 kilometres long and averages 6.6%, while the total elevation gain exceeds 4,000 metres.

4. Vuelta 2022: Langellotti remains KOM leader

   The first mountain stage of La Vuelta serves three classified climbs - two 1st category, one 2nd category. Without gaining any points Victor Langellotti stays in the polka dots. Jay Vine and Rubén Fernández are both 2 points down.

5. Vuelta 2022: Bennett keeps green jersey
