   Tuesday 30 August - Stage 10 at the Vuelta a España is an individual time trial of 30.9 kilometres between Elche and Alicante. Apart from a low hill in the last 2 kilometres the parcous is virtually flat.

   The 10th stage of the Vuelta is an individual time trial. The route is 30.9 kilometres long and includes an elevation gain of 91 metres. So, that's flat.
