   Primoz Roglic wins the ITT to Mirador de Ézaro 1 second ahead of Will Barta to take back the red jersey. Richard Carapaz drops back to second place, at 39 seconds, with Hugh Carthy trailing a further 8 seconds behind in third.

   Tuesday 3 November - The 13th stage is perfect for time trialists with puncher's legs. Following 31.9 kilometres on the flat the finish climb kicks in hard. The Mirador de Ézaro is a monster of 1.8 kilometres at 14.6%.

4. Vuelta 2020 Favourites stage 13: Roglic rocketing toward GC victory

   The ITT of La Vuelta could turn out to be crucial in terms of the overall victory. The La Covatilla stage on the penultimate day of action is the only other opportunity to open up time gaps.
