2. Vuelta 2014 Route stage 5: Priego de Córdoba – Ronda

   Wednesday, August 27 – A ‘frayed trail’ today. Nearly nowhere stage 5, leading from Priego de Córdoba to Ronda, is flat. At the same time you’ll find no real climbs in the 180 kilometres. Fodder for sprinters with a ‘hilly appetite’.

3. Vuelta 2014: Favourites stage 5 - Bouhanni vs Degenkolb/Sagan combination

   Stage 5 offers a fast men menu, not for the first time. Condition is they don't wine over a 3rd category top with 15 kilometres left and a false flat finale. Will Nacer Bouhanni be able to outwit Sagan and Degenkolb?
