Tour de France 2025: O’Connor wins Queen Stage, Pogacar retains yellow
Vingegaard & co put yellow jersey Tadej Pogacar under pressure in the stage over the Col du Glandon and Col de la Madeleine, but that effort comes to an end on the Col de la Loze. Ben O'Connor seizes the opportunity and launches a solo attack 10 kilometres from the summit. with 10 kilometres to go. He successfully completes it, while Pogacar gains time on Vingegaard in the final phase.

Thursday, 24 July – The riders take on 5,450 metres of elevation gain in the 18th stage of the Tour. They tackle the Col du Glandon and the Col de la Madeleine before hitting the Col de la Loze. Then it’s another 26.4 kilometres of climbing to the finish. The race is 171.5 kilometres long.
