   Tadej Pogacar outsprints Jonas Vingegaard to take his third stage win in the Tour de France. Vingegaard stays in the GC lead.

2. Tour de France 2022 Route stage 17: Saint-Gaudens - Peyragudes

   Wednesday 20 July - At 129.7 kilometres, the 17th stage takes in three intermediate climbs before a summit finish at the Altiport 007 in Peyragudes. The finish climb is 8 kilometres long and averages 7.8%, while the last 500 metres go up at 13%.

3. Tour de France 2022 Favourites stage 17: Puncher in the high mountains

   A mountain stage of merely 130 kilometres with four cols in the last 76 kilometres. To pep things up the last 500 metres rise at 13% to the line. So the stage winner has to be a versatile climber, good at both long ascents and short uphill kickers.

4. Tour de France 2022: Geschke remains KOM leader

   Simon Geschke gains 6 KOM points in the Peyragudes stage, which is enough to stay in the lead of the KOM classification.

5. Tour de France 2022: Van Aerts virtually seals green jersey
