   Sunday, July 24, 2016 – Edition 103 of the Tour de France is almost done. Only 113 kilometres left for the last stage, traditionally a sprinters party. In eight laps at blistering speeds at Champs-Elysees the pack says goodbyes to the crowd.

   By definition, the last stage of the Tour de France goes to Paris. The first part is a bicycle parade with champagne and on occasional cigar. The second part is a thrilling criterium on the cobbled Champs-Elysees leading to an inevitable bunch sprint.
