   Thymen Arensman launches an attack just over 14 kilometres from the finish in La Plagne. He keeps Jonas Vingegaard, Florian Lipowitz and Tadej Pogacar at bay and takes his second mountain stage win in the Tour de France.

2. Tour de France 2025: Arensman shines in Pyrenees, Pogacar still leader

   With Thymen Arensman in a starring role, the Tour crosses the Pyrenees to finish uphill in the mountain resort of Superbagnères. The Dutchman solos to glory over 36 kilometres, while Tadej Pogacar retains the lead and Remco Evenepoel abandons the race.

3. Tour of the Alps 2025: Epic solo win earns Arensman leader's jersey

   It’s a cold, wet day in the Alps. Thymen Arensman attacks from the breakaway midway through the race – a group that had only just formed. The Dutchman solos to the stage win over the final 80 kilometres. He also moves into the leader’s jersey
