   Jonathan Milan powers to his third stage win in the streets of Cento. Stanisław Aniołkowski and Phil Bauhaus come home in second and third, while Tadej Pogacar stays in the maglia rosa.

   Friday 17 May - The 13th stage is the flattest of the entire Giro. At 179 kilometres, the pink caravan moves from Riccione to Cento, where a bunch sprint is expected to wrap things up.

   It would be a tremendous surprise if the flattest stage of the entire Giro would not come down to a bunch sprint. The elevation gain over 179 kilometres is less than 150 metres.

   There are no KOM points available in the 13th stage of the Giro d'Italia, so Tadej Pogacar stays in the KOM lead in the flattest stage of the entire race.
