1. Giro 2022: Bouwman wins thriller, López still in pink

   Koen Bouwman powers to victory on the punchy climb in Potenza. The Dutchman drops his breakaway companions with a strong surge to the line. Bauke Mollema and Davide Formolo finish in second and third, while Juan Pedro López stays in pink.

2. Giro 2022 Route stage 7: Diamante - Potenza

   Friday 13 May - It's Friday the 13th and it's going to hurt. The 7th stage at the Giro travels from Diamante to Potenza and takes in an elevation gain of 4,510 metres, while the route amounts to 196 kilometres.

3. Giro 2022 Favourites stage 7: Attackers with climbing skillset

   Roughly 200 kilometres and an elevation gain of 4,500 metres. That's not for the faint of heart. A climber is going to celebrate, quite possibly from the breakaway.

4. Giro 2022: Bouwman takes KOM lead

   Stage 7 serves four classified climbs and Bouwman reaches three of them in first position. The Dutchman moves into the KOM lead.

5. Giro 2022: Démare keeps maglia ciclamino

   The 7th stage of the Giro is not very valuable for riders with an eye on the maglia ciclamino. They could try to join the breakaway, but it will be hard as the route climbs from the start.
