Arras featured in the 1991 Tour and also hosted the team time trial in 2004. the town was heavily damaged during World Wars I and II, however, the remarkable town hall somehow remained intact.

It's a flat stage with a sprint likely, just like in 1991 (Djamolidine Abdoujaparov), 2002 (Robbie McEwen) and 2010 (Alessandro Petacchi). each of these riders finished in the green jersey in Paris after winning sprints in Reims... Can the trend continue?
