A route today that is constantly descending, something that will be welcomed among the GC favourites.

With some eyes on the Tour and some eyes at the back of the head after all the climbing, it's hard to know just who form the sprinters will be feeling up for this one. Points are also important as Bouhanni looks to solidify his lead.

It's hard to look beyond the Frenchman for the win, with Viviani, Swift, Farrar and Nizzolo providing competition.
