The centenary edition of the Volta a Catalunya sets off on Monday 22 March in Callela to finish on Sunday the 28th with eight runs on the Montjuic circuit in Barcelona. Most uphill action is packed within the first four days, while stage 2 will be a time trial. (Slideshow route/profile)

Miguel Ángel López is title holder. The Colombian won the 2019 edition ahead of Adam Yates and Egan Bernal. The 2020 edition was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
