Tour de France 2014: Stage 21 - Last polka dot points

Arc de TriompheSunday July 27th, 2014 - The last stage surprisingly has some mountain points up for grabs with a category 4 climb. (Slideshow route/profile)

The riders arrive at the Côte de Briis-sous-Forges after 31 kilometres. The seven-kilometre final lap on the Champs-Élysées is not completely flat, though there are no points on offer. The altitude varies from 32 to 53 metres above sea level.

The highest point of the local circuit is at the Arc de Triomphe, at the turning point, 4.5 kilometres from the finish. The lowest point is 2.5 kilometres away at the other turning point in the tunnel under the Tuileries garden.

The final kilometre is flat but of course bumpy on the famous cobbles.
