Race report
Sarah Roy and Elena Pirrone are the breakaway riders of the day, but they don’t get much of a lead – 2 minutes. The attack is history on the early slopes of the finishing .
In the final phase, Mavi García opens a gap. Niamh Fisher-Black bridges across to the Spanish Champion to drop her on the decisive slopes. While the Spanish rider falls back into the chasing group, the New Zealander solos to glory.
Lotte Kopecky sprints to second place, moving up to second in the GC, while Elisa Longo Borghini stays in the lead.
